RSS may not be dead, but development for quality RSS apps for Android is! This app hasn't been updated in months and neither has Feedly's own. It's almost as if users are expected to get their news from platforms that are riddled with advertisements like social media,, Flipboard, or the websites themselves. 😞
Was looking for a transparent looking widget and this hits all the marks! Brilliant widget, scrollable news, nice news, and the best thing? Clicking on the widget article takes me right to the article of which I'm ONE button away from sharing to Pocket, which is how I read. I don't usually post reviews but this really is great, thanks! Edit: question tho, the widget seems to have a large amount of scrolling and I'm not sure if this uses up loads of data or whatnot. Would be nice if I could limit to say like a 100 and then manually refresh whenever I want!
Cool UI & sync with Feedly without issues. Readability gets arricle quickly. Best on Android so far but still downloads tooooo many articles. The smallest limit on articles is 1000! Who reads through 1000 headlines in a day, defeats the purpose of app. Please reduce article minimum limit to 250
Moved to Palabre from Feedly. Glad I did. So much so that I am premium user now. Developers can you make some improvements? Add text auto scrolling feature please. I read a lot in Palabre. This feature would make my experience so much better. Make sure progress circle color change to secondary color when I adjust palettes. Right now it stays original. Can you make icon widget where icon will change color according to my color setting? I would like this a lot since I don't enjoy original color palette. Thank you!
It's a good app, nice design and features. But it keeps crashing, several times a day, when it's refreshing the new articles. Maybe because when I open it and try to access an article, it also is auto-refreshing in the same time, causing the crash (black or white screen, followed from force-close). Galaxy S7
A previous version suffered from a lot of bugs that made the app borderline unusable. As I'd paid for the pro version, I was a little miffed, but since then the devs seem to have fixed most problems. I'm pretty content but would like it if didn't download blurry thumbnails, and was more reliable at extracting full articles from feeds.
