the app is fine, buggy alot. the problem is the quality of their products has shot down while the price keeps going up. super thin denim. Arriving already frayed and stringy, and no I didnt order anything that should come like that. I bought two new pairs of jeans and after 1 week of walking in then theres already tiny holes and parts of it falling apart. I would recommend getting jeans from other brands as Levi's is just a brand now not the quality it was when I was younger.

Levi's Get It Together. This App is awful! How is it possible that such a huge brand has such a terrible app like this. We are in 2026 when shopping online became the new normal and still they have an app where it is so bad that it makes it impossible to use it. My phone is a brand new, powerful processor and I have no issues with other apps. This morning I decided to shop for a few items and 5 minutes after I gave up. I'm not going to the store so yes Levi's you are losing customers.

I will never purchase their jeans again. I put a few items that were marked down in a cart & the system gave me the correct price. Then I switched to a private device and put the same items in the cart. It showed me the correct price at first, then switched to full price when I finished putting my payment information. I sent screenshots to customer service WITH PROOF and they admitted to having a glitch in the system but nothing they could do. Called in & asked for manager and rep said no.
