Maddening for speaker control. We use this app only to control our LG speakers and sound bar. It is incredibly difficult to use, sound bounces between the speakers, and the speaker sometimes disappear in the app and have to be re-added. It is not intuitive, either. The menus are hard to follow, and the explanations are unclear. It is a terrible app for this purpose, and we use it only because there is no good alternative. If I were buying new speakers, I might avoid LG solely because of app.

Update: I uninstalled then reinstalled the app and reset everything and it started working again. Not perfect but a little better. The app and soundbar features are nice when they "decide" to work. Previous review: Will not sync with soundbar anymore. Google cast won't work anymore. Somehow a neighbor was able to accidentally connect to soundbar with their laptop and it interrupts my TV watching all the time! Bad app, bad soundbar. All sorts of trouble

Mixed feelings towards this app. My mistake, for buying a GSM unlocked phone as it camr without a preinstalled music app. So I needed to download some sort of third-party music app. And, unfortunately, this was that downloaded app. It plays your music which is great. But your customization is limited to almost nothing and the app doesn't look user friendly or attractive in any way. It doesn't have audio options for headsets either. It's a very basic and unfinished application.
