As mentioned by others. The new push for "connected" slowed everything down. Example: App power on 3 sec. Everything else...too long. Vol+/- wait 30 sec. Remote buttons. Apps on the tv longer. Lag is longer than several app versions back. My TV is about 4 y/o. Been fine for 3. Don't direct me to a link or suggest wifi. It is not. The Ads and banners certainly don't have a delay. Eats up screen space. Poor UX. Slowing products. Annoying. Please re prioritize the user over $$

The most outrageously frustrating, time-consuming, and utterly useless app to (try to) add a supposed smart WashTower. After dozens and dozens of attempts with three phones, setting up a new barebones access point and wifi network, messing around with numerous permissions and phone settings.. When I finally appeared to have the WashTower added to the app and was updating wifi network to a real one.. Well, that's the perfect time for a factory reset triggered by the world's most rubbish app.

I've had this tv and app for about two years, never had much of an issue. Recently got a new phone and logged in to the app to find my device missing. so that's fine, I know how to add it back up. Click add device, tv, then it loads and gives up. I've tried uninstalling app, trying a different phone which has always had the app and worked, and same thing: device is gone. Tried it on there thinking it's just a phone issue, still loaded and gave up. Updated tv, same issue.
