It worked good for a few months, now I'm lucky if I can even log in. Logging in takes about 5 minutes. Once I'm in I can't click on anything. Even using the web browser instead of the app, same issue. I just want to look at my account activity. Why can't I do that?! Uninstaller and reinstalling does nothing either.

Can't link external apps to my account anymore, like Mint and Robinhood. Trying to link these accounts and I get Username or Password is incorrect, but when I log into the Liberty website with the same username and password I can get in, something is not communicating correctly. If this keeps up I will be switching banks, and it's a shame, I've had Liberty for as long as I can remember. Update: This app still sucks and the UI is the most awful thing I have ever seen. It's laggy and takes forever

10 yr + customer, this was a 5 *, then 1, but the app has improved. When they changed card vendors and the app went from 5 to one. The bugs, issues, and knowledge base have mostly been resolved but this app still doesn't have the functionality for complete control of card it had previously. Liberty Bank app is better than most and the bank is still one of the best in Connecticut for customer service, products, and access.
