The app is much appreciated. However I don't get account alerts until HOURS LATER after I make a transaction or use my card somewhere. How will I possibly know if something is going on with my account to take action!!?? Also it would be good to have a few other features... Ex. that allows Turning on and Off Account in case of issues or lost card, etc...

The beginning of 2022 with this online app went from 5☆'s to 1☆. My account was locked ( they CLAIM too many failed attempts) therefore I could not know my credit card balance. I called the branch and was placed on hold, then phone disconnect. Decided to call website 866 # and was on hold longer than 30 min hearing the same blaring, loud, noisy recording repeated every 30 seconds. The worst.

This app is the best of the best. I love the updated version because it is so easy to use and if I have any questions there is always someone to help. Keep up the great work. There's not anything that I can or want to do to this app. It's the best and once again I say keep up the great work. There's still no changes that are needed. I am still in LOVE with this app. Thank you!!!
