The patient is my husband. Went to Brident dental on I10 east in December 2024 for upper dentures. All thru 2025 he kept getting dentures that broke in half, were sent to be glued, supposedly repaired, kept breaking, resent for another denture and came back lopsided couldn't put in mouth, sent out for another denture and came back with front teeth to the side, not centered. He refused those and was told nothing else could be done and left him without dentures. Came home empty handed, no denture

Cannot login in the app. Have no problems logging in on the web, even from the same phone right when app login does not work. Copied the same login/password to app/web - web works, app does not. Cleared data - did not help. Unacceptable. And yeah, app is up to date - just updated.

App is trash, it never lets me sign in, put all the credentials brings me back to sign in window again. Website same thing it can't even find my credentials and the "i am not a robot" part once you click on it, just spins and spins forever and then it says error
