About this app

With the Rx365 app, you can securely connect to your local pharmacy. The Rx365 app allows users to easily:
- Manage medications, request prescription refills and view status updates.
- Schedule vaccine appointments and wellness consults
- Securely chat with pharmacy staff
- Easily upload insurance cards and information
- Request prescriptions transfers from other pharmacies

KEYBOARD ISSUE. I had the same initial problem as many others -- I couldn't use the app at all because it wouldn't recognize what I was entering for pharmacy information. I normally use the Google keyboard (Gboard) on my Samsung phone. I tried switching back to the Samsung keyboard and everything went smoothly after that. So minus one star for an otherwise great app. Very easy to use.

No instructions not intuitive at all apparently the pharmacy doesn't get the information part of the time difficult to use. doesn't work ,order a medication and the pharmacy never gets the order. tried uninstall and reinstall 3 times. doesn't work

" BEWARE" doesn't work! I attempted to open app with pharmacy phone #, and entered the number in every possible sequence: 1(918), (918), 918, 1918, 1-918, "nothing." Entered pharmacy name "nothing. " I Entered 2 other pharmacy names,"NOTHING. " THE APP DID NOTHING, never went past the initial "Entered pharmacy name." Makes me wonder if I've just downloaded a virus or sometimes of phone hack tracker. The app did absolutely nothing, no responce to anything I entered.
