I don't know about issues reported by others. Maybe Liberty wireless didn't always have their act together. I switched to them recently and they seem a bit behind in the porting process and were unable to port my number online, but a call to customer service and it was taken care of. The service is A+, once initial porting issues were resolved. The app works great and customer service seems eager to please.

1st of all, their plans may catch your eye because they are cheap because that's what caught mine at a time when I need to reduce some Bill's and try to go the cheaper route and let me tell ya, you get what you pay for. Cheap phone service that you cant get ahold of customer service when you need to. (Like now) GPS loses signal A LOT ALMOST 99 PERCENT of the time so that's fun! Their data goes so fast I've topped up like 4 or 5x already! So glad plans almost over. Dont recommend at all!!!!

The rating is for the company as well as the app. The app is broken AGAIN. Web page won't let me log in either. My voicemail just reset on its own the other day and made me set it up again and deleted all my saved voicemails. When you call the one 800 number you can't get somebody that speaks understandable English. However dropped calls and other issues i have been dealing with over the past year are getting less and less.
