Absolutely horrible customer service. OSCAR HENRIQUEZ I opened an account and went to make my very first purchase via ATM machine. The purchase would not go through, and the ATM machine gave me a comm error....TWICE. I tried to visit a second location but my LibertyX account was suspended. I email customer service and their response was that they couldn't tell me WHAT or WHY, but that they could do no further business with me, and will offer no further information about the issue. THANK YOU!

Normally the app works fine. Not today. I restarted my phone app won't open. I Uninstaller the app 3 or 4 times. The app still won't open. Don't know what is going on. Especially after I updated the app before I unstained it.
