So frustrated with this app. It's a great concept, it just needs more work. I can't log in via town or province, I have to type Canada and search through all of the libraries to find mine. And I have to log in every day. It constantly logs me out, or asks me to log out. When I can finally get logged it, it gives me errors when I try to download songs, and asks me to log out yet again. When I try to log back in, it tells me the server is down. It would be fine if these were only issues every now and then, but it's the same issues everytime I've used the app. It's a complete waste of time, until they can make it more stable.

Absolute garbage app. Our public library uses this to allow music downloads. First, it doesn't recall my log in from using the link emaled each week, 9x of 10 it won't remember me, says my email is invalid from the link emailed, then after numerous attempts it will remember me, like the next day. Songs downloaded don't stay in my music app, they randomly disappear and the music selection is limited to mostly stuff no one wants to listen to, old and obscure music. Very few well known artists. Only way to improve the app is to retire it. Frustrating junk and our city library budget wastes money on this

Not loving the app. Some of my songs no longer play, the playlist stops after 1 song and I need to manually select the next song. I tried to use app for trouble shooting and even that does not work. Got an error code. I also do not have access to home page with recently added songs or play lists. 2 thumbs down.
