The newest update at least gave it a visual upgrade, the app is a whole lot easier to navigate and understand and seems a bit faster, I can't choose the email option on the account page for whatever reason so I can't create an account, all in all, it's a decent app and just got a bit better, shout out to the Freegal developers for their attempts at making the app better and not neglecting it.

App constantly forgetting my sign-in credentials forcing me to manually fill it in about once or twice a week. Password not being saved past a few days. Inteface slow and clunky sometimes searching just hangs with no results using reliable high speed connection. No hope or help for minor misspelled song, album or band names you just get zero results. I hope my local library is getting a good deal on this service.

Free music. Buggy. Doesn't have all my favorite songs. This app is actually pretty good. Unfortunately, it lacks some of my favorite artists and songs. However, it does try to compensate with tribute bands. Unfortunately, most of these bands suck. Also, the app randomly signs you out, which is very annoying because you have to manually re-enter your library card info to get access again. This would be hard on someone who doesn't carry ID often. However, if you always ID free music is worth it.
