With respect to customer service there is nothing done with the app. Here, we can only view policy taken and next premium to be paid. But I think lots can be done: 1) Premium reminder mail. 2) Address change online service page 3) Premium payment option. 4) Bank detail + a/c information facility. So, that we do not get cheque. 5) Auto debit option/ Not auto debit option 6) Nominee update option. Kindly add these options ASAP.

Payment option isnt there LIC being one of the best market leader, should understand that such small things like mobile app are really very important in terms of creating positive mindset of a customer.Why cant they add payment option to this... What is the use of this app just to see your premium calendar??I wish LIC will respond to this..

Include option to pay premium It works likes a website in mobile mode and not like an app. Please improve and let your customers knows of same as well.
