another en$hitified app. I just need to be able to search for products and add them to my list. whose idea was it for the nosebleed red and bold fonts everywhere? make it stop! and bring the search bar on top, we're all adults here, no need for this gamification insanity. I stopped halfway through the coupon list, do you really think I'm going to scroll through all of that save 15¢? And don't even get me started with the point system. I don't need this in my life.

Every time I start the app it says "Oops, something went wrong! Try again." I've uninstalled and reinstalled it 3-4 times over the last few days, but nothing changes. Update: It turns out that the app doesn't work with a VPN and things got better after I switched that off. I like that the shopping list gives an estimated price. Not sure what's going on with deals now because the app says they aren't ready yet. Don't like what I've read about changes to rewards.

Unfortunately, I had to download this app early because the previous app just stopped working. I already am not a fan of this app because it isn't as easy to use as the previous one. Lidl is definitely jumping on the bandwagon of integrating AI into the shopping experience. I'm going back to support my local grocer for the easier shopping experience without AI trying to guide my experience.
