Parts Assistant is a free service for Liebherr customers. We enable you to find parts and service materials quickly and easily and to order directly in the app.
Use the innovative image recognition, the text search in 100 languages or the QR code to quickly identify defect parts. The additional comparison with the official Liebherr spare parts catalogue ensures maximum control so that you can be certain that the correct parts are found.
When planning service parts, the Parts Assistant automatically reminds you of upcoming maintenance and lists all required materials – including engine, hydraulic or gear oils, filter and service kits, and wear parts with the correct quantities.
Parts Assistant is available for a selection of Liebherr construction machines and maritime cranes. These include crawler cranes up to capacities of 400 t, deep foundation machines, duty cycle crawler cranes, mobile harbour cranes, ship cranes, offshore cranes, reachstackers, portal cranes and transshipment cranes.
A valid MyLiebherr Business account is required to use the app. Should you not yet have an account, please contact your Liebherr service partner.
Both parts and service materials can be ordered easily and securely directly via the app.
