syncing issues. the machine and app don't sync automatically. I'll take my vitamins and it doesn't log that it was dispensed. it also isn't transposing to the baritastic app. very disappointed in that. also there are only 2 options to sync fitness watches which is Garmin and something else that I don't find to be commonly used. the idea is nice but the execution is poorly managed

In January, most features in this app did nothing, dispenser version info was bugged, and setting up voice control (as advertised) wasn't possible. Customer service told me that big improvements were expected in a month. As of August, app features are highly limited, version info was removed, and voice control still isn't possible. Dosage tracking still has inaccurate data and is sluggish to view. We now manually puncture the wheels to save time, as this app and the dispenser are useless to us.

Keeps crashing after 3 seconds. I have contacted customer support numerous times and they have told me each time that they are having their engineers look into it. I have told them specifically what is going on but this hasn't been fixed for several weeks. The app itself is beautiful for investors I guess but the functionality is zero. I am aware that this review sounds overly negative but please trust that if I had the vocabulary to make it sound more negative I would. Do not download this app.
