I have been a LifeLock subscriber for three years now. Notifications come through with no problem. The credit score feature is great. Also customer service is excellent. There were one or two notifications that I felt could/should have come through a little faster, but all in all, I highly recommend LifeLock. They caIl if I do not clear the notifications in a reasonable amount of time. I use their Premium level service, but started at the lower level. Thank you for such a great service!

So it's nice to have some reassurance that when your financial or personal information gets out there, that they will help restore your losses. However, the credit score updates are slower than Credit Karma and they don't catch everything you think they would, but, back to the beginning, they will help you make it right. Also they have zero interest in pursuing those who got your $ or information or messed up your credit it the first place. I would love to see them work alongside a cyber crimes!

The app is just ok and very badic. The interface is quite dated, and several key functions (real_time credit lock/unlock for example) are only accessible on the web page. The web page's interface is much nicer and easier to navigate, and it has all the feature/menus/settings. I don't know why they haven't updated the app in many years.
