The LIFE Extend app Integrates with HealthKit to automatically import weight, ketones, exercise, sleep and other data from the Health app. You can also automatically import data from Fitbit, Garmin, Oura Ring, BIOSENSE breath ketone meter and other devices.

First off this app looks really cool. I wish I had a bunch of smart fitness gear or at least one so I could use this app because it seems like it's designed mostly for that. The reason I downloaded it was to log my meals and view my nutrient intake but honestly I couldn't find that feature, it is listed as a feature on this app but either I couldn't locate it through all of the many features it has or it doesn't have the ability not sure. Uninstalling.

Awesome app. It kinda gameifies the process of getting healthier, which keeps you motivated, making it kinda fun. I love all the educational material included, and my health is doing better. I'm still disabled, but I'm becoming a healthier version of disabled, which is nice. I'm not concerned with becoming Abled, I just want to be healthier than I was. I'm keeping goals reasonable and sensible. Keep your goals reasonable and sensible, that way you won't get frustrated.

Perhaps there is a way to stop the many notifications, but I could not find it. Got tired of being notified about health articles on some website, or how awesome I am etc, thanks but not for me.
