LifeRise brings residents, local service providers and property managers together in one app. Book a cleaner, a plumber, a dog walker or a personal trainer, pay securely, and follow every job from booking to review.

FOR RESIDENTS
• Browse services by category, from house cleaning, plumbing, HVAC and handyman repairs to pet care, massage therapy, fitness training, tutoring and more.
• See the price before you book, and pick a date and time from the provider's real availability.
• Pay by card through Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe, so LifeRise never sees or stores your card number.
• Reschedule or cancel upcoming bookings. When you cancel a paid booking, your refund is issued automatically.
• Message your provider about a booking, follow its status, add a tip, and rate the service when it is done.
• Describe a job you need done and compare bids from providers.
• Redeem promo codes and apply account credit at checkout.
• Save favorite providers, RSVP to community events at your property, and explore your neighborhood map.
• Get help quickly: report a problem on a booking, follow your support tickets, browse FAQs, or ask the in-app AI assistant about your bookings.

FOR SERVICE PROVIDERS
• Apply to join. Every provider account is reviewed and approved by the LifeRise team before it can accept bookings.
• List your services and set your own prices.
• Set weekly working hours and one-off exceptions, then manage requests from your booking queue and schedule.
• Find open jobs in your service area and send bids.
• Track your earnings and get paid through Stripe after each service is completed.
• Message residents about their bookings and see the reviews you have earned.

FOR PROPERTY MANAGERS
• See bookings and service activity for your property on one dashboard.
• Keep residents informed with announcements and community events, including RSVPs and waitlists.
• Oversee service requests, message residents and providers, and review analytics.
• Manager accounts are reviewed and approved by LifeRise before they are activated.

PRIVACY AND CONTROL
• We do not sell your personal information.
• Residents never see a provider's exact location.
• Choose which notifications you receive.
• Request deletion of your account from inside the app at any time.

LifeRise is for adults 18 and older. Everything you book is a real-world service performed in person.

What’s new

- Turning on text messages is now your choice when you verify your phone, and Profile shows whether texts are on, with a button to turn them on.
