About this app

​The OneTouch Reveal® app can be used to track information from blood glucose meters to support diabetes management.

The app seamlessly syncs data with the OneTouch Verio Reflect® meter and the OneTouch Verio Flex® meter to change the way you see your blood glucose.

Helps you easily spot blood glucose patterns
• Transforms data into colorful snapshots that connect your blood glucose with food, insulin and activity.
• Draws a timeline of important blood glucose events and activities, highlighting when you have been repeatedly out of range.

Easy to set up and use and very reliable! The one time I needed to call customer service was a positive experience. The young lady was extremely helpful and thorough, talked me through the steps to resolve the issue, and made sure the meter and app were fully functional and synched before we hung up. My problem was due to an app update that I did not know about. Would have been nice to get a notice about it ahead of time. Otherwise, a great meter and app.

Update - The new version of the OneTouch app worked after I uninstalled the old version and reinstalled the new one. I didn't lose any data as it was in their cloud. I like the changes as it knows the times I normally eat and sets the "Before" and "After" meals accordingly. It's been a nice product, but today I downloaded an update and it won't start. It shuts and says there is a bug and to restart. I might drop the rating if I don't get a resolution soon.

This is a re-review. My original review was back in June 2023. I gave this app a 3, and that was generous. The app has gone through several successful updates. The Bluetooth connection with my device was at best hit or miss now connects 100% of the time. They've added emoji shortcuts to further describe activity at the time of reading. The addition of graphs to visually see my readings over time would bump my rating to 5 stars. Good job on the updates!!
