This app hasn't worked for me. It installs/runs without issues, but connecting to my board and remote has been a waste of time. It has connected to both just long enough to flash a connected message, then immediately disconnects. If the app is the recommended way to get support, I hope that is still an option when it can't pull any data. The app says my phone is fully compatible with it. Using someone else's iPhone results in a connection but the data on battery cycles is totally wrong. ☹️

Not happy, i bought it new, used it for an hour and tried to charge it back up and it wouldn't work at all. the app won't download on my Android phone, I've spent countless hours on-line trying to trouble shoot it with no luck. I've called and emailed Lift and have been getting the run around. finally, i got a customer service person that said he'd send me a new one, but where i live it will take months to get here. I'm totally pissed off cuz it's supposed to be top of the line brand.

This app does not connect at all with the board or controller. How are we supposed to get updates on equipment? Update!!! It's been a while since my app review, and today, I'm having problems with my efoil. This app never works. Thank you, Lift, for such bad customer support after I send you 12 grands for this gen 4 with no app support at all. You guys tell us all the time that this app is the best way to keep our board updated. But how if never connect?
