The app has become a useless tool. Some phones or services can access the schedule before others. I no longer refer people to this service because you can't access the times you need regardless of when you try to use the app. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!

Terrible app as it consistently either says no drivers available or lets you book a ride than tries to move it up an hour. No i set a pickup for a specific time because thats what time works for me not an hour earlier.

I have only been able to successfully book 2 rides, haven't actually gone on any yet. The app is slow and glitchy and constantly says no availability.
