Subpar at best. The app has very minimal information to help track your reimbursements. I added my bank account via the app but was auto set for check payouts. Customer service says the only way to correct this is through the website. The app does not verify how reimbursement is paid out (check or direct deposit). Who wants to wait 10-14 days for repayment?! I will not be making this my first recommendation to others. Optum Bank's app was so much easier to use for the three years I had an HSA.

App is a pain, have to log in manually every time I open the app, and even one back swipe to many it logs you out, no verification. It asked me if I wanted to enable biometrics so I did, but it doesn't even prompt for biometrics when you reopen the app afterwards. As for usage experience, I dont know if I will use fsa again, if they are going to care how much my I'm me for items not covered by insurance, or if my doctor charges a cc fee, they should deal with the office directly.

App is not great. Sign in experience is bad: biometric access gets revoked too frequently, sign in does not properly support password managers, and even when I do get logged in, I have to change my password. Password requirements are inadequate: 20 characters and limited special characters is unacceptable in an app that holds sensitive information.
