Ratings and reviews

In theory, it's nice to have access to claims through a mobile app, but the inability to attach any digital receipts (other than photos taken on your phone) limits the usefulness. If you have access to a digital receipt in PDF format, you shouldn't have to take a picture of the PDF in order to submit it through the app.

Very handy when the app is working. I rarely use it, but when I do it seems that I usually run into issues.

Worse company I've ever worked for. If you're thinking about it, don't do it.
