Pretty poor at it's core competency. i.e. taking a photo of a receipt to submit is frustrating everytime for an app deployed in 2019. option 1: use the camera from the app--can't change any settings, though, and the app defaults to my phone's wide angle camera. option 2: select a file from photos--this only let's you use a picture from your gallery so you can't upload electronic receipts or pictures from a better file scanning app such as CamScanner.

The app listed in the store as Surency Flex. But being installed under completely different nondestructive name Benefits. If you don't now that you can't add it to the screen, uninstall or do anything really. Very annoying. Please rename the installation name. March 2022 update: Now I can't find any way to upload required document. I can see note that document update is required but no link to actually browse or use camera to upload.

The app is cumbersome to enter information. Information is buried behind hidden clicks. No choice in app usage no competition to be better. If you do one thing wrong and try to correct the entire submission is cleared and you have to start over.
