It's terrible. When you try to call to sort out a claim, they incessantly redirect you to the app or the website but neither are functional. When you try to submit reimbursements on the app, it's difficult and glitchy to get the form fields selected. it's difficult to sort and filter the claims you've already made. It's not always clear why something's been denied if it didn't get approved. But in order to get it sorted out on the phone, you have to spend 15 minutes with a stupid, slow AI bot

not great for Android. I have to use this app once a month. I have biometrics fingerprint setup for ease and convenience. Every single month the app makes me reset up and enable my fingerprint and about every 90 days or so it won't let me log in unless I change my password. Apps are suppose to be more convenient and time efficient. I can never just log into this app. Its a time consuming process of always having to set something up first. There has to be a slower worse way of logging in 😒.

Garbage app. Confusing to use, login fails, biometrics get reset. Apparently the devs have never heard of device-based auth or refresh tokens. Go back to school or ask AI to code you some proper auth. The best part is that if you swap to password manager for even a split second the entire login page resets. It's asinine.
