I had a problem where every time I tried to submit a return ticket for a poorly constructed dress, I was given a system error try again later pop up. This happened over the course of a few days. I contact CS a different way and explained what was happening and included pictures. They resolved the issue very quickly with a full refund. I very much appreciated that. It would be good to add a quick access to customer service for situations like these errors.

As much as I wanted to order some things, the shipping was expensive. If you spread the shipping costs across the cart items, it turns out the products aren't that cheap after all. The refund process is also very manual and outdated. All that said, there is no benefit of shopping on this app. Most retailers offer free shipping on purchases over a certain amount, and the returns are automated.

I had a problem at checkout. I started to checkout but decided to add something more to the cart, but when I went back my cart was emptied. I don't know why and I couldn't find the items that I had picked before. I tried to re-order the earbuds that were on flash sale but the system wouldn't let me and the message disappeared before I could read and understand what it meant. That was very frustrating.
