Extremely difficult to connect, never connect or will tell me incorrect password even though it is correct. My phone will say it's connected, the camera will also say connected but the app will say incorrect password and display the default password and it matches. Works well when it connects and that is rare, I had a hard time to connect when I was trying show the officer the footage after I had an accident. This app needs a major update or overhaul.

Edit to 3 stars- Found part of the issue for why the app would not connect. I hadn't used the app for awhile and Android pit the app to sleep and REMOVED THE PERMISSIONS. When I went to use the app again it did not ask for those permissions back and this wouldn't work! Only 3 stars now because there is no way I can see to switch between front and rear camera in the app. I don't not see the same screen as in the app description pictures.

App has no practical use. Trying to connect the camera half the time won't work, and on top of that, when I enter into the recordings I want to watch or save, the app complains there's too many files and can't load or download ANYTHING. My suggestion to the team would be to have a bulk delete feature for select files. As of now I can only delete one at a time.
