Update: after more attempts, it finally opened and connected. Thank goodness all good and works great now. ------- I just got the new thermal printer. I followed the user manual to download this app in Google Play, open Bluetooth, and pair. The problem is the app won't open. I tried uninstalling and, reinstalling, clearing the cache twice, but it still won't work. A message popped up on my device, stating the app kept crashing and put the app to deep sleep to keep my phone running. Just useless.

Had this for about 2 months now. Only used it a couple times. First I printed a coupon but the contrast was off so you couldn't even read the expiration date, which stores require for redemption. It for the life of me won't print a photo. I have tried uploading to GoogleDrive and pulling from internal storage, to no avail. Also tried adding this printer through other print apps, without success. So in general, very limited opportunities for usage.

Update!!! It's now working perfectly fine!!! Thank goodness, this is a really great printer for my needs!! App won't open. It was working great and I really like this product but now it says the app has a bug and won't open. Hopefully it will get fixed and soon! Then I can update my rating😊 also tried deleting, reinstalling and clearing cache. Nothing worked.
