When you enroll with the Lilly Together mobile app, features will be customized based on your treatment plan and may include:
Plan feature to stay on top of your treatment by setting up your dosing plan, scheduling dosing reminders and tracking when to take your medication.
Injection logging to feel confident you’re following your doctor’s direction and staying on track.
Daily symptom tracking to monitor your symptoms over time. You can take photos that won’t appear in your camera roll to keep all your symptom information in one convenient location. That way it’s ready for your next doctor visit, to help you and your doctor have better treatment conversations.
The app also offers simple savings card enrollment, an easy way to order a free sharps disposal container, browse helpful resources, and connect to your Companion in Care™* team. They can also answer any questions you might have about injection training, or any ongoing support you may need.
