Ratings and reviews

App is full of bugs. The no go zones are random, arbitrary and are kilometres wide, then once I've pushed the heavy, beat up, busted scooter out of the Red-no go zone, it's telling me I'm in it still but I have screenshots showing me well outside of them. This happened multiple times. So you end up pushing the heavy busted piece of junk for 100s of metres and they charge you by the minute... Except they don't do it honestly. They round up to the next minute when I only went over by their accord.

More expensive than riding a taxi. Was impossible to pay for the cheaper package with their confusing app. I don't understand how renting a bike can be this expensive. I've rented from a dozen bike apps in 20 or more countries and this is the most expensive. Insane! Trying to delete your account in the app fails. Very dishonest. Going through attempts every time suggests contacting support. The amount of data, like location etc, to fill the support request would take 20 minutes to enter.

Really enjoyed cycling these around London when they worked. Wouldn't rely on them. Couldn't find any bike that worked yesterday, even the one I used to get back to my air BnB. The trip didn't end despite taking a photo of my parking. Annoying. The app doesn't give good feedback either when things go wrong. So mixed feelings. Plenty of room for improvement but great idea.
