As a first-time user in Cincinnati, I encountered issues with extra charges. Lime held an additional $5 on my account and I was unexpectedly charged $29.89 after 58 minutes of riding. Customer support offered a $10 refund, but I was charged an extra $10 on 09/06/2024. Despite weeks of emailing, the issue remains unresolved. I eventually got the extra $10 refunded, but not the original refund that was promised. This has been a frustrating experience with no phone support available.

I use it in Copenhagen. Riding is just like any other e-bile/scooter, but the app is terrible. Honestly seems intentionality bad. **Customer support is buried deep in the app so if something goes wrong good luck with that refund.** Plus can't see designated parking spot until you pay to unlock, then they're not very clearly displayed on map. Small, same color as bus/metro stops and covered up by the clutter of other available rides. I'm gonna start using other apps. Too much of a pain.
