Really obnoxious. The app randomly signs you out in the middle of rides, which cuts the power to the bike. And even when you've signed back in to the same route, which continued to charge me, the electric power never came back, so it was twice as hard to pedal. All of which happened after I bought a 22 euro pass, which you can't get any refund for. Would not recommend!

Constant customer service issues. The bikes don't lock or unlock reliably and they will not refund you the minutes wasted choosing a vehicle if you are using a pass. They also change the pricing structure regularly and instead of communicating that, they do it without warning and tell people it's a technical issue if they complain. So disappointing.

I found one at an intersection, used it for a five block trip, left it at another intersection, and had a very difficult time ending my ride. In app map was unreliable and could not track my location. The app did not show where parking zones were located. I took pictures, but that didn't work. It made me nervous that someone else could use it on my session. It took some time for customer service to finally end my session.
