The Sleep Circle app offers a hassle-free and convenient way for patients to view sleep therapy articles and content, view their device usage information, update key information, request support, receive important notices and updates, and order their PAP supplies. Patients can easily check their eligibility criteria and place reorders for their required supplies through the app. Once the order is placed, the supplies are shipped directly to the patient's doorstep, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

A year later and I still have no access to my account because they have no idea how to change a contact number. worst IT department ever. I can't even find it on my phone. downloaded, doesn't show anywhere with my other apps. all it does when I go to log in is bring you to their website. I can't get beyond that because to verify my account they want to call or text a number that was removed a while ago. I will update once I can find the app on my phone and be able to log in.

Half the time it doesn't actually submit my order for processing. I'll have to call in a few days after submitting on the app and the customer service person will have to resubmit it. Also, it doesn't have all the products I need sometimes either. Then, I have to call and they have to add it onto my order.

I can only sign in if I have 2 devices. When the code is texted, if you open the text to get the code, the Lincar app resets to the initial login page. Useless for supplies. There's no "previous orders" or "next available" information. And if you do happen to time it right, the app won't let me place the order, it gives me a "call your supplier" error. Worthless doesn't even begin to describe how I consider this app.
