This app is great when it works. I love the phone key option and when its working properly it opens quickly and starts the vehicle quickly. However, I have been using it for one month now and this is the 3rd time it just stops working. I can log in but the screen stays on loading and nothing works. The past times I have had to uninstall and reinstall for it to resume working. There are no updates and a forced stop doesn't seem to work either. So when it works, its great. otherwise, its uselesa.

ZERO STARS. WONT START CAR EVER!!!! Would it be difficult for it to show the status of locked or unlocked instead of just parked? I feel like I have to lock it many times because I don't know if it locked or not from the keypad. It can be awkward for the 7-8 button to work properly and everytime I walk near it the lights go on but not sure it it is locked or not. Software update won't turn on. Just spins forever. Tried restarting app, car on, car off. Wifi, cell, nada. Hotspot won't work.

Very limited features. I just came from a Genesis and the app had way more features and functionality compared to this one. For starters, there should be an option to create different remote starts with different settings enabled. Allow us to set the temp, seat heater, defroster, and heated steering wheel. Allow us to create and save some of these set ups and use them based on the weather. Show more details in regards to the current vehicle state, windows, if they are open or closed, and more.
