Very limited app. It could be so much more. All it does is save you a very quick phone call. No ordering of supplies and most options in the app state the site is off line, except for report of test. So after hearing from customer service I place an order to activate the softwares feature of order tracking and still when clicking on it I get the error that the service is unavailable due to maintainence and the app crashes and i have to log back into it. You need to call me!

We don't want you to share any personal information here in public, so please contact customer our service at 800-231-2290 for additional help to setup your initial supply order. The application needs that first one to use ongoing and has not yet been ordered. Thank you for your patience !!

When it works, it's convenient. But at least twice in the last couple of months, it's been down for maintenance when I've been trying to input data - broad daylight PST, middle of the week, so not a normal time for software to have maintenance cycles run (weekend and middle of the night). I'm getting calls from the doctor, it's a royal pain, and I'm extremely frustrated.

I have used mdINR for about 7 years now and my biggest complaint is when placing orders. I have to write the tracking number on paper to just have to input on an other website to track. I thought after seeing commercials about it the app would be upgraded. A link for tracking packages would be nice. Or at least let it let me copy and paste. I can't even do that.
