As an mdINR patient on anticoagulation therapy as prescribed by your physician, the mdINR application let's you quickly and efficiently enter your PT/INR self-test results and submit them through mdINR without having to call and navigate voice-prompt menus.

With the application you will also be able to view result history, place and viewsupply order status and setup reminders.

Your doctor will continue to receive and review your PT/INR test results from mdINR and make any required changes to your dose. Always check directly with and consult your physician before making medical decisions.

When it works, it's convenient. But at least twice in the last couple of months, it's been down for maintenance when I've been trying to input data - broad daylight PST, middle of the week, so not a normal time for software to have maintenance cycles run (weekend and middle of the night). I'm getting calls from the doctor, it's a royal pain, and I'm extremely frustrated.

I have used mdINR for about 7 years now and my biggest complaint is when placing orders. I have to write the tracking number on paper to just have to input on an other website to track. I thought after seeing commercials about it the app would be upgraded. A link for tracking packages would be nice. Or at least let it let me copy and paste. I can't even do that.

I'm not sure what's going on but here lately we're not able to place our orders through the application. This is the 2nd week We keep receiving this message: "Error" "This request cannot be processed at this time since the system is offline for maintenance. Please try again later" Or the date in a timing is off. You have to always uninstall the app and reinstall the app again. Please fix these bugs so that we can be able to continue to use today's resources of technology to its full advantage.
