I had previously rated this app 5 Stars following a trip to Disneyland in October 2018 and found it to be really useful. However, I have just visited Disneyland Paris again and am now changing this to 1 star! Let me tell you a story... following a number of failed attempts to book a meet and greet with Olaf, I decided to try multiple devices. I used my phone as a hotspot and connected my tablet to it. Since my phone was newer and faster and the one with the actual network connection, I was using this as the primary device to attempt to book the meet and greet - with the tablet following shortly behind. My phone attempted to book a slot but was informed this was no longer available. As I reloaded on my phone, I tried the tablet and was actually able to get a spot!! Why on earth was my SECOND SLOWER (tablet) USER able to book!? Basically... digital queue jumping. This app is terrible!

I'd give it zero stars if I could. Keeps changing the extension on my phone number so it's invalid in my profile. Had to restart the app just before the last chance pin tickets went live at DLP and BAM, phone number invalid so no ticket and they went in less than 30 seconds. Put a really damper on my birthday so thanks for that. I've been ready all day and your app messed it up for me.

Absolute disappointment. Tried to use this at Disneyland Paris and it was constantly crashing or saying I'm not close enough when I'm in the parks. If they implement this across the parks permanently it won't be worth the £1,000s I'm paying to go. Would not recommend using this unless you absolutely have to. If you're having the same issues as me at DLP, make sure you make a formal complaint at City Hall to get this system out.
