Ratings and reviews

Needs some work. App doesnt automatically add child(ren) from previous account. this prevents the ability to set schedules. app and web interface do not have the same functionality. not all family members have been able to register or do not have correct permissions. App feels rushed and should have been alpha ans beta tested before release.

Registration was a disaster. I couldn't log in after creation, even after multiple password changes. Let's talk features. Can I change my kid's schedule if I am going on vacation? No. Can I pull up my tax form for 2025? No. Can I register for Spring or Summer Breaks? No. There should have been considerably more education and testing done with this before it was required. What a disaster!

Forcing parents to use an app for check in and forcing us to enroll in auto pay is absolutely insane! I wouldn't be surprised if parents started finding other options. This change just convinced me to pull my child out of this program. Whoever had this idea is obviously not a part of the working class!
