Review from Troy Wheetley
Wonderful Tool LinkedIn has proven to be a wonder tool for advancing my professional career. Whether you are in transition or happily employed, there are some great and effective features here.
Getting tired of the I am not a robot security. I check everything it ask for and goes to another try again page. There are no cars in any picture, but yet says try again. Pretty much getting ready to uninstall, because it is useless on my phone!
My only issue with LinkedIn is that it has frequently "restricted" my account for "excessive page requests", which it claims is from using "third party software". I do not use third part software. In reality, I'm just browsing the official app and connecting to people in my region. Isn't that the point of this app - making connections? At this point I have no incentive to upgrade to 'Premium', as LinkedIn heuristic abuse detection script is too sensitive and makes it difficult for an ordinary user like me to simply network with others. I see a lot of people complaining of the same issue in comments. Edit - Account was unlocked, I opened my notifications, then got locked out again. This app is useless.
Is it easy to add people by email? Yes, but there's absolutely no need to keep annoying me with the feature. Also really awkward to look for stuff and also remove skills that were added by accident.
need to be able to put dates for my certificates that are valid till 2020 and won't let me only lets up to 2017 and that not any good for people looking at my profile this is very annoying and unprofessional from you please fix this as it very negative for my profile
App keeps signing me out when I just signed in. It needs a better way to do security checks as well because that stupid thing of selecting the images is very annoying and not accurate.
It is one of irritating app I have ever installed. I am fed up of answering security questions asked in the name of confirming that I am not a robot. I am not able to login. I have no option except to uninstall this app.
Thanks for using LinkedIn! We regularly update our app to fix bugs, improve performance and add new features to help you connect with your professional network and advance your career.
