Better UI but worst connection even for opening a CS. I've been using this apps more than 10 years and it's become a worst experience after an update. Bad connection, ambiguous packet data, and a lot of technical issues. Please don't just update the UI but upgrade the function too. And don't forget how long your CS take just to ask me "What's your problem" even after I move from this app to your WhatsApp. Another issue "Wrong OTP" even i input it exactly like what it sent to me.

Connection feels like it's getting slower each day after the merger with Ooredo. I've been a user since as long as I can remember although I've changed numbers quite a few times, this provider has never been the best in term of internet connection in the first place yet the extremely affordable packages prices were what made it so enticing. But now it's truly awful, I often don't even receive OTP codes through texts. So many customers have had the same issues as me. Do something!

Very bad experience with application especially on chat trivia, where keyboard is block chat message everytime you have to put down to see what you've written. They application also useless whenever you ask for help from their customer care. They always ask same question and you have to type again and again. Their agent just easy to kick you out of the conversation and you have to start what you've type from begining. Good for them because they can just buying their customer time.
