I don't know why, but Sometimes when I want to open the app, it says that I've been logged out. it's happened not just once or twice, and it's annoying. Please fix this ASAP

The network is excellent and the coverage is extensive; however, the downside is that the validity period has been cut short to just one year, and 5G coverage isn't available in my area, Rembang.

Every time there is a power outage near my home, my internet completely stops working. Yet when I go a little farther away, the signal stays full and the internet works normally even during an outage. This has been happening for about 4 years! The help app and customer service are useless too. Every menu option just says “undefined.” What’s the point of having a menu if it doesn’t work?
