The previous application worked fine, but when I opened it today for top-up, my account was removed, and I couldn't log in (even though I had OTP many times). I don't know if this is some kind of bug or anything else, and what's quite annoying is, it affects my experience in using Tri.

I like the app. The app show more discount and all. But sometimes the discounts are dissapear or can't be loaded. And sometimes I can't open the app, even though my connection is fine.

useless app. important info is not contained. service is the worst I've ever seen. don't buy card from this provider, don't use them. play store admin had the gall to tell me to report to customer care, but problem isn't resolved at all. i only get angrier from how useless and frustrating they all are. even i have to try find my own solution, and they are not helping. not even reading what I'm saying. stupid app can't change what package we are using either, as if their system is smart. stupid
