Great idea and well marketed, but unfortunately seemingly lacking in the right talent to implement - for example, it's currently not even possible to create a ride (none of the 3 route creation options work). It's generally a very poorly built app. Hopefully the idea will be simplified and taken forward by a different team in time - there are some competitors that are making progress.

App crashes when trying to type the description and title of a route upload. I managed a few words before it froze. I downloaded a gpx from strava on my pc, emailed it to myself, then used my phone. This needs better integration or instructions. The concept has potential. But sending my strava route URL to the group chat works well. Unless you can offer web and app based route planning that is integrated and superior to what is already on offer. Undercut strava with their price increases?

I've been trying to create an account to check out this app to use for my 350-member cycling club. I've tried a few times but each time I've waited in excess of 5 mins but username has not been validated. Unfortunately it's a no for now. Shame because we are just about to hit the go bitton on a make-do solution with a non-cycling specific provider and I was hoping this might be a better alternative before we go through a big change that won't be palatable again for quite some time.
