The Linktosale Collaborate App allows agents and other registered members to connect, communicate and collaborate in real time throughout the Sale, Rental or Share process of a property. It can also be used by other property related service providers including property managers, landlords, tradesmen and property developers to manage renovations, developments, maintenance and repair of property.
The App is for registered members of Linktosale including Real Estate Agents, Landlords, Buyers, Sellers, Renters, Investors and all property related Service Providers such as Settlement Agents, Solicitors, Printers, Tradesmen etc.
Private Property Workspaces are used to collaborate on a particular property. All invited members Involved in the property can be kept up-to-date with instant notifications and progress messages. Members can upload and share all types of files to their workspace including documents, pdfs, videos and images. They can create milestones and tasks and allocate them to individual members of the workspace and be notified of any delays, completion of tasks, key dates, home opening events and more.
Agents can create Home Opening events for each of their properties and invite both registered and none registered members to attend. On Home Opening day, attendees can be checked in using the Linktosale Events App. Attendees will be able to leave feedback and even ask questions about the property on the dedicated home opening event page.
