Like the app for the most part. Whenever I click on video forecast notifications in my system tray, the app opens, but it never starts the video, just a blank screen. The video forecasts are annoying because the volume of the advertisements are clearly audible, but the audio for the meteorologist is so low, I have to turn the volume to max just to hear them. Finally, the temperature shown by the app in the system tray never updates until I open the app.

it doesn't matter how I try and access KXAN+, whether it's on my Samsung television or on my phone. All I get is a spinner attempting to load some kind of content that never happens. I'm not sure why they even have this app because it clearly doesn't let you watch the news or the weather.

Tried to find full length video. Just saw clips and got bombarded by ads instead. I just want news.
