I've been a customer for 10 years. Overall, I'm satisfied with the tracking units. However, there needs to be improvements to this app. - Cannot edit the GEOFENCES (Says you can, but it doesn't work) - Cannot see satellite view in GEOFENCES - Cannot search in GEOFENCE tab. - Needs ability to see prior/past GEOFENCE activity (When you click on the "GEOFENCE ACTIVITY," It just shows that single activity) - Overlapping or cut-off text in various places throughout the app.

Thank you for updating your review of the App! We have an app update coming very soon that has several fixes for the issues you reference with Geofences in it. We'll be adding a search option within Geofences in another release in the future.

For the last year app has been great on my teen's car. This last month it will only work if I'm not on wi-fi. That's not acceptable to me when I'm at home to have to use data to track. My wi-fi is perfect for all else. 12/2018 Latest update of app is too cluttered appearing to see routes and times where. Unhappy. Changing my rating.

Right now i will give it a 4 star rating. Upon first usage, the app kept freezing up..thinking it was the fact that the linxup solar sending unit was in sleep mode and the app could not connect, but after i removed location permission in my app settings it appears to be working. If it continues to work i will update this rating to 5 star as it does give quick notifications and satellite views. So you will need to turn off location permissions in the app settings.
