App never gets past the initial loading screen anymore. Before, tracking was delayed and I had to open the app, close it, then open it again to get more accurate location data. One time I was stuck somewhere for a week at the exact same location and I had to do this to show my current location as opposed to where I was at a week and a half prior to when I checked. Something needs to be improved...

If the app works, it's mediocre... Multiple bugs inside but the most frustrating part is how long it takes to open. Sometimes it will open in 15 seconds, other times it will sit on the loading screen for minutes until I give up trying to open it. For how much they charge for the service, it seems like they could build a better app.

Since the update ive installed and uninstalled this app 4 times per day in order for it to work. The issue has neen happening for over a month. i call support and get a different story from every agent that i speak to. The desk top doesnt work either! Update 10/19/19:. This is my 15th time deleting the app and reinstalling since August. It would be more but I stopped using it on a daily basis. Horrible!
