A lot of potential in the app. It is not good at what you think is the basic functionality of secure connections to device and not dropping data. Countless times it will lose connection to device either with the app not being in focus, or by navigating around the app while walking, and losing all the walking data that you had done. It should always cache walking data and avoid losing it, should just automatically record it. Poor fundamental design decisions, too much filler.

this app is extremely cluttered so instead of aiming just at the function and operation of the device, it's literally all over the place. my device stopped working showing Error 1 (E1). when I contacted customer service by the phone they told me to send a picture of the error along with the serial number, and after I did that they insisted on having order number that I don't have because this machine was gifted to me. I know I'm stuck with a non-working device that can probably be simply fixed😕

I almost didn't download this app with my walking pad, due to reviews, but I'm so glad I did! I've had a great experience with it! I've never actually *wanted* to work out before, but I look forward to completing the challenges & even just bought the corresponding smartwatch they sell in the app, even though I have an older FitBit, because I'm so enjoying the app & want the connectivity when not using the walking pad. If there were prior issues, seems the developers listened, cared, & corrected.
