Very poor connectivity. Wrong messages like warning that the consumer number is wrong despite entering correct one. Gets disconnected repeatedly before payment can be made. I see that problems mentioned months before were not resolved. One of the worst apps I have ever come across.

I made my first bill payment today on 14.06.2021 , it's been 4 hours still I haven't received any message of bill payment confirmation, while checking for pending bill it's still showing that I owe the amount. I am not sure if this is a genuine app for bill payment. I will go to consumer court of this comes as a fake and my bill is not settled with in next 2 days.

Previously I have given you 1 star rating, it's because even after payment I haven't received any confirmation or MSG from dgvcl, It may there fault and it's also take time to update the payment on server. But you should provide us a disclaimer or something before making payment that inform us it can take up to 3 days to reflect payment over server after successful transaction. So user will not worry about there money ๐ฐ .... Overall it's a good APP .
