Worst Customer Service from Little. I have written mail to little regarding my order was not accepting at merchant. I have been escalated one week before since no one contact me and only i received one reply like " will check and update".. I have been following up daily to that mail. No one responding..People dont believe their customer support.
I have placed two orders through this app and in both the orders, the money was debited but coupon code not generated. I have called the customer care and even left an e-mail regarding refund of my money but of no use. Uninstalling this app right away. Will not recommend it unless I get my money refunded.
-The app is good. -The referral discount is decreased from 40% to 25%(up to 75) this is really bad. Soon after getting more number users doing like this is bad
Excellent customer service. The app lacks some basic features. Kindly add the following features in the app 1. a log within the app of all the transactions that also includes our failed transactions 2. option to disable notifications when the app is closed
Ur app service is good but u r letting cheater merchant like soo smart unisex saloon who is cheating us and my friends also I too got bad name in referring u I called u 5 times to remove his membership yet u haven't removed him u r letting him cheat us he is never giving service to us and asking to cancel voucher.please take action
I purchased a coupon for burger king and merchant is not accepting as they said it's not valid and Little app is not refunding the amount and customer service is talking in a threatening tone
