I had bought a dominos deal on 23 august which is valid 30 November. It wasn't the first time, the app has worked well before. Today when i tried using that coupon on dominos website, there was no option of redeeming e vouchers. When i tried contacting little for help, the only option available was to call them. The given customer care number isn't accepting incoming calls. I don't know where else to contact you people. Never expected such a service!
This facility is mind blowing. But the app has not been designed properly. It doesn't mention all the details on the purchase on the voucher, leaving a lot of confusion in your mind about which offer you have bought the deal under. It should be designed on the lines of Paytm passbook. But check before you buy as prices shown here are sometimes wrong and you end up paying more instead of saving money.
Deal price is exactly same whatever we are getting at outlets for most of the restaurants. Only difference in most of the deals they add Mocktail. Why one should pay through little for one cold drink or Mocktail if it is not required. You guys need to thoroughly review the price otherwise you will loose your customer faith
I have booked service worth 599 on 27th but we couldn't avail it. we didn't find any outlet at given address. We also checked on given no on little app to contact but phone number is switched off. Please check and refund order amount. I have also logged this issue on same day but yet I have not received any reply from little app executive. Still retaining my rating. But what's new, now I'm being informed I missed a call from little. That's so not being a good customer isn't it. Now the real question is - what did you do next after I apparently missed your call? Did you write an email to me, drop me a text message, attempted a second call? Nothing! Or are the customers only good enough to deserve one phone call. And if anyone missed it, so be it! My advice - stop being thick and ensure proper communication.
It's a great app.. I had started to frequent it. But then suddenly Little seems to have increased their prices. This is bugging me up. If u can maintain prices that actually looks like a deal happily bought.... I'd be a lot more happy customer.
